Brigid Carter-Chan is the Founder and Director of Carter-Chan Dance, which for over 30 years, held the reputation of being one of NZ’s most well-known dance studios at champion standard level, where she personally choreographed and trained dancers in all styles including Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop,Contemporary, Musical Theatre, as well as creating corporate event work and Celtic dance shows.
Having taught dance in all styles for over four decades and now operating as an independent Choreographer in Auckland, Brigid continues to teach competition soloists, primarily within the Jazz and Tap sector, provide shows for professional entertainment events in all genres and is also now also enjoying judging and examining throughout NZ and overseas.
