Tap dancer
Emily has been a Tap Dancer for over 10yrs having trained under Brandon and Brigid Carter-Chan. She is a founding member of Tap NZ and has won many major Tap Dance Competitions in New Zealand with Brandon’s Tap Solos.
Alongside Tap, Emily regularly represents New Zealand in Street Dance at Hip Hop International.
In 2025, Emily performed with Tap NZ at World of Dance NZ where she was selected to represent the country at the world finals in Los Angeles.
In 2026, Emily performed as a Company Tap Dancer in Tap Fusion for the opening of the NZ Fringe Festival and guest performed with Tap NZ for World of Dance NZ.
She now continues to pass on her knowledge to the next generation as an up and coming dance teacher.
